Website is easy to navigate. Have not had to contact customer service, but if customer service is anything like the rest of your company, I would imagine they are friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Great idea!!!! Works well, could be a little larger in size to cover the circumference of the the genius pipe screen….. bit expensive too ship to OZ but overall a happy customer
